Go.Compare has signed a 10-year lease for over 15,600 sq ft of office space on the second floor of the iconic Hodge House in Cardiff city centre. The eight-storey, 110,000 sq ft listed building has undergone extensive refurbishment, attracting numerous esteemed tenants, elevating its status as a premier business location.
On the landlord’s side, Fletcher Morgan and Knight Frank acted as joint marketing agents for Hodge House. Their role has been pivotal in marketing the refurbished spaces to potential high-profile tenants.
