Following a successful second phase, which saw 92 per cent of its 13 units occupied, the new phase is poised to address high demand.
Langtree perceives large, self-contained units with individual yards as a scarce commodity in Bromsgrove. They anticipate high interest in these units, should planning approval be granted.
