With a substantial career in retail, Winstanley brings a wealth of experience. He has served with notable companies, including Myer in Australia, where he was the chief merchandise officer. Prior to this, he held the role of president for Sears and Kmart’s apparel sectors in the United States and led the Dutch department store chain De Bijenkorf as a chief merchandise officer.
