Never Fully Dressed, a fashion brand founded in 2009, has announced the appointment of Tikki Godley as their new Chief Operating Officer. This marks a strategic move as the brand looks to expand its market presence internationally.
Tikki Godley, who previously served as the Brand CEO of Ted Baker Design Group, brings with her over 20 years of industry experience. She began her career at Ted Baker as an assistant merchandiser in 2000 and ascended to the role of Group Trading Director in 2014. Her tenure as Brand CEO started in June 2023, under Authentic Brands Group, and lasted until February 2024.
Speaking about her new position at Never Fully Dressed, Godley expressed her enthusiasm for joining due to the synergies between her new and previous company. She aims to contribute significantly to its growth, akin to her past achievements at Ted Baker.
Never Fully Dressed has already ventured into the US market, opening a second store in Los Angeles, adding to their existing locations in Essex, New York, and planned expansion in Florida. The brand is also eyeing opportunities in the Middle East through potential franchising and online sales, as well as tapping into Australia’s e-commerce market.
Their wholesale partnerships have significantly increased by 118% this year, including collaborations with notable retailers such as Harvey Nichols, Nordstrom, and Revolve. Godley has emphasised exploring licensed products, new product areas, and operational enhancements to support this expansion strategy.
