In The Style is embarking on a significant venture into physical retail by partnering with the well-known supermarket chain Tesco. This initiative is set to launch later this week, marking a new chapter for the womenswear brand.
The collaboration between In The Style and Tesco’s F&F brand introduces a 22-piece summer collection. This includes womenswear available in sizes ranging from UK6 to 22, with prices between £12.50 and £39.50. The collection reflects a commitment to provide accessible, fashionable clothing options to a broad demographic.
The exciting new line will be unveiled in 300 Tesco stores across the UK starting from 8am on Thursday. Shoppers will also be able to purchase items through the In The Style app, ensuring easy access to the collection both in-store and online.
Adam Frisby, the founder of In The Style, expressed his excitement about this partnership, highlighting that the brand’s goal of reaching a wider audience is being realised. “I am so proud and excited to see In The Style partnering with F&F and launching in over 300 Tesco stores nationwide,” he stated, underscoring the importance of accessibility in retail.
Ben Lee, head of design at F&F, added insight into the collection’s development. He pointed out the focus on fabric quality and versatility, aiming for pieces that can be worn repeatedly. “We have really focused on elevating our fabric and quality this season,” he explained, noting the emphasis on separates to offer various styling options.
This collaboration coincides with Tesco’s report of £15.3bn in sales for the 13 weeks to 25 May 2024, with clothing significantly driving growth in their non-food division. In The Style’s entry into Tesco’s retail space is another strategic move following its acquisition by Baaj Capital, which aims for substantial growth in the upcoming year.
This partnership represents a milestone in making fashion more accessible through innovative retail collaborations.
