This expansive 100,000 square foot department store spans two floors and includes a comprehensive range of products, from men’s and women’s fashion to kidswear, beauty products, footwear, and homeware.
The store features collections from well-known brands such as Ganni, Rains, and Nobody’s Child, alongside accessory labels like Ugg, Longchamp, and Coach. A highlight of the ground floor is its beauty hall, which offers an assortment of emerging and established beauty, hair, and fragrance brands including Creed, Clarins, and ghd. Additionally, this outlet offers the largest Frasers Home concept to date, emphasizing its assortment of specialist homeware brands supported by Sofa.com.
At the forefront of the store, there is a partnership with Pret-a-Manger that provides customers with food-to-go services, enhancing convenience while shopping. On the second floor lies the vast Sports Direct section, covering 55,000 square feet, featuring athletic brands such as Nike, Under Armour, adidas, and specialist sections like Evans Cycles and Game.
The store is particularly notable for its Sports Direct’s new outdoor concept and a running department equipped with a gait analysis machine to assist customers in choosing the right running shoes. Additionally, the recently introduced Nike Football department marks its second launch following its debut in London, offering football enthusiasts an exclusive shopping experience.
Frasers Group’s Managing Director of Premium and Luxury, David Epstein, articulated the vision behind this venture as setting a new retail benchmark and creating an engaging shopping environment. “Driven by our strong partnerships with some of the most renowned premium and lifestyle brands in the industry, we’ve developed an elevated space that combines quality, variety, and innovation,” Epstein remarked. Such strategic design aims to provide shoppers with an expansive and stimulating retail experience, reflective of the best products from their brand partners.
