- Samuel Ross, founder, aligns with Tomorrow Ltd’s future plans for the brand.
London-based brand accelerator Tomorrow Ltd is taking strategic steps by exploring the sale of the designer streetwear brand A Cold Wall. This move comes just months after the company had acquired the brand from its founder, Samuel Ross, in February for an undisclosed amount.
Tomorrow Ltd has appointed Interpath, a financial advisory firm, to manage the process of finding potential buyers for A Cold Wall. Interpath’s mergers and acquisitions team is actively involved in this endeavour. The decision to explore a sale indicates a shift in Tomorrow Ltd’s approach, as the company was a minority investor in the brand since 2017 before acquiring a majority share earlier this year.
A Cold Wall, established in 2015, has gained a reputable position in the streetwear market, with well-known stockists such as Browns, Selfridges, End, Mr Porter, and Mytheresa. The brand’s innovative approach and distinctive style have contributed to its success and recognition in the fashion industry.
Before founding A Cold Wall, Samuel Ross had collaborated with Virgil Abloh, founder of Off-White and currently the creative director at Louis Vuitton. At the time of the acquisition, a spokesperson for A Cold Wall stated that the business was entering a new phase under Tomorrow Ltd’s majority ownership. Ross remains aligned with the brand’s core team, which continues to prioritise innovation and material development as part of its ongoing strategy.
The exploration of a potential sale for A Cold Wall signifies a strategic realignment for Tomorrow Ltd.
