Ted Baker has launched its new UK website amid significant changes.
- The site is managed by United Legwear and Apparel under Authentic’s ownership.
- It marks the brand’s recovery after its operating partner change.
- New platform offers menswear, womenswear, and accessories.
- European versions of the site are expected soon.
Ted Baker has unveiled its revamped e-commerce site in the UK, signalling a significant shift following the collapse of its previous operations earlier this year. This relaunch, which took place on 15 November, is a pivotal move under the management of United Legwear and Apparel (ULAC), appointed by Ted Baker’s parent company, Authentic, following the instability caused by former operator No Ordinary Designer Label entering administration in March.
The updated site offers a refined digital shopping experience, with a focus on Ted Baker’s known British charm, style, and sophistication. A spokesperson from Authentic described the site as providing an elevated shopping experience, characterised by sleek visuals and intuitive navigation. Customers can access various products, including the brand’s popular menswear, womenswear, and accessories, directly through the site, which currently ships exclusively to the UK.
Though limited to the United Kingdom at present, there are plans for European versions of the site, indicating future expansion across the continent. This strategy reflects Ted Baker’s efforts to enhance accessibility and broaden its digital reach following the challenges faced earlier in the year.
