TK Maxx has introduced its Christmas advert for the year 2024, bringing back its much-loved ‘Festive Farm‘ theme. This year’s advert features charming animal characters, including a beret-wearing goat, a duck with a bow tie, an alpaca in a cosy sweater, and a hedgehog adorned with a bobble hat. Each animal is humourously decked out in designer outfits, delighting viewers as they march through a snowy landscape to the upbeat track ‘Let Me Blow Ya Mind’ by Eve featuring Gwen Stefani.
In a light-hearted exchange, the farmer questions his wife about the lavish attire for the farm animals, humorously pointing out that they had intended to keep their Christmas gifting modest. Her playful answer, “Oh I did, love,” adds a charming element to the narrative as they both enjoy the sight of the decked-out animals.
The campaign officially launches on 7 November, utilising various platforms to maximise its impact. Viewers will encounter the ‘Festive Farm‘ through social media channels, television, and several out-of-home placements such as illuminated buses in London, digital displays, Dublin trams, and London taxis. Additionally, the campaign spans video on demand and is supported by a nationwide radio presence during the festive season.
Moreover, TK Maxx is adding a charitable component to its campaign. The retailer is releasing a line of ‘Festive Farm‘ plush toys, with each sale contributing £2.50 to The King’s Trust. These toys will be available both online and in stores from 11 November.
An engaging element of the campaign includes a collaboration with the creator of the popular ‘Sylvanian Drama‘ TikTok and Instagram accounts, who will produce a three-part series for TK Maxx’s social media platforms featuring the campaign’s animal characters.
The TK Maxx Festive Farm campaign combines creativity and charity, resonating well across media platforms.
