Uniqlo is preparing to enhance its UK market presence by opening a new store in Liverpool One next spring, reflecting its strategy to expand regionally. The new outlet will occupy a 1,430 square metre area spread over two floors, offering a comprehensive range of Uniqlo’s LifeWear products for men, women, children, and infants.
The decision to inaugurate the store at Liverpool One aligns with Uniqlo’s objective to penetrate key regional markets. Alessandro Dudech, Uniqlo UK’s Chief Operating Officer, stated that choosing Liverpool was logical due to its status as a prominent shopping hub. Dudech highlighted Paradise Street’s exceptional location within Liverpool One as an ideal spot to establish a “showstopping space.”
Grosvenor’s Director of Asset Management, Rob Deacon, expressed enthusiasm about Uniqlo joining Liverpool One’s retail lineup. He remarked that the inclusion of Uniqlo reinforces the centre’s strategy to become a vibrant hub offering premier international brands to both domestic and international visitors.
