The new store locations include key sites such as Braehead, Shoreham, Southampton West Quay, Merton Colliers Wood, Watford, Biggleswade Retail Park, Brotherhood Peterborough, Sheffield Fargate, Whiteley Village Fareham, and Pudsey. This geographical diversity underscores White Stuff’s strategy to embed itself further into the UK market.
Jo Jenkins, CEO of White Stuff, emphasises the success of their partnership with Marks & Spencer, noting that it has introduced many new customers to the brand both online and in-store. Jenkins stated, “Our partnership with M&S has been a huge success, introducing new customers to White Stuff via their website as well as their stores.” This alliance has evidently been a successful customer acquisition strategy.
Nishi Mahajan, M&S’s Director of Third-party Brands, also expressed positive sentiments, highlighting M&S’s role in supporting White Stuff’s transformation.
