His entrepreneurial spirit soon led him to leave Youmeo to establish his own company, BakedCode, in 2010. BakedCode developed the Interstate project management tool, which attracted big names like Cisco, IBM, and Twitter, establishing Fletcher as a young innovator in tech markets.
Acceptance into Y Combinator and Subsequent Success
Fletcher’s achievements earned him a spot in the prestigious Y Combinator accelerator program at the age of 18, making him the youngest founder accepted at the time.
