Skechers, the renowned American brand for leisure and sports footwear, has strategically selected Cardiff as the site for its pioneering UK store format. The store, set to debut in June next year, will occupy a sizeable 14,000 sq ft space on Newport Road.

The development has attracted considerable interest, notably with the unit retaining 13,000 sq ft still available for investment.
Skechers has collaborated with several real estate advisors for this project. The leasing arrangements were managed by Sterling Real Estate IM and EJ Hales on behalf of the private investor and landlord, while CBRE represented Skechers.
