The deal, finalised on 31st July 2024, was facilitated by ReSolve but its financial terms remain undisclosed. This merger aims to leverage both firms’ strengths in traditional and modern engineered timber constructions.
Xylotek has made notable contributions to the construction of innovative timber structures internationally, such as the ABBA Voyage arena in London. Their expertise has been instrumental in winning prestigious awards, including the Gold at the Chelsea Flower Show for the Guangzhou Garden in 2021.
