The former RAF base in Weston-super-Mare is set to undergo a significant transformation. Winterstoke Gate, part of the larger Parklands Village, will be developed by Keepmoat to include 425 homes. Of these, 135 will be carbon neutral, showcasing a commitment to sustainability. The remaining 290 homes will adhere to the Future Homes Standard with eco-friendly materials and smart design to promote sustainable living.
Incorporating eco-friendly elements, these homes will play an important role in reducing the area’s carbon footprint. The use of sustainable materials and innovative designs are intended to set a benchmark for future housing developments in the region.
