Carolina Padovezi de Oliveira, Corporate Project Manager at Manningham Housing Association, has been named one of Housing Today’s Top 30 Housing Champions, highlighting her exceptional contributions to the housing sector.
Originally from Brazil, Carolina joined Manningham Housing Association in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. Since then, she has advanced to her current role, managing projects that enhance services for over 6,000 residents across Bradford and Keighley. Her journey reflects a remarkable blend of dedication, technological adeptness, and leadership.
Carolina’s innovative use of technology, particularly artificial intelligence, has significantly improved service delivery and customer satisfaction within the organisation. This technological proficiency, coupled with her collaborative spirit, earned her the title of Inspirational Colleague of the Year at the Housing Heroes Awards 2024 held in June.
Her latest accolade comes from Housing Today’s Every Person Counts campaign, which celebrates individuals who contribute meaningfully to the housing sector. This campaign provides a platform for housing professionals to engage in discussions on essential topics such as skills development, employment, regulatory compliance, equality, diversity, inclusivity, and workplace culture. Being selected as one of the Top 30 Housing Champions underscores Carolina’s passion and impact in creating thriving housing communities.
