The West Village, the central focus of the project, offers an expansive 230,000 square feet of workspace designed to accommodate startups. The facility includes a range of co-working, serviced, and leased spaces, catering to the diverse needs of emerging businesses in the tech sector.
Bruntwood SciTech, the property platform responsible for the redevelopment, has announced that a substantial portion of this new space has already been pre-let, signalling strong demand and confidence in Leeds as a hub for technology companies. Andrew Cooke, Bruntwood SciTech’s regional director for Leeds, emphasised the importance of providing forward-thinking workspaces to ensure the continued success of these businesses.
